This Adriatc Coast Facing 240 sqm apartment has been converted into a space of calm, serene beauty.

This house hides a strong will to affect the space maintaining a constant relationship with “sea” that reveals itself through the house spaces.
The main theme that determines the space is inspired by “Raumplan” Adolf Loos (1870-1933) according to which different house areas must necessarily have different heights depending on their function. The theme of living on different levels takes the form in a volumetric game effects between solids and voids made even more flexible and interesting by varying boundaries obtained by sliding elements like the case of the kitchen (panel solid wood) and study (sliding wall white glass). The artificial and natural lighting are used with a theater way to emphasizes the harmony between the different elements and their forms showing an absence of conflicts and eliminating the tension.
