San Marino Institute

The project involves the raising of a new last floor and its hypogeal expansion under the adjacent public area to convert an existing building into a privat clinic.
The design gesture is permeated by a strong desire to maintain the existing building visibly distinct from its elevation. From a functional point of view the project areas are distinguishable externally from this formal facade contrast.
The goal of the project is to provide an innovative cosmetic surgery clinic equipped with exclusive internationally comfort. The patient rooms are designed as “single suite” with direct access to surgery rooms and private gardens.
